Facilities and Settings
At Spencer Fitness Studios our ultimate goal is to substantially improve the quality of life for all of our clients. We believe in presenting every client with a variety of options in fitness modes which combine to address all the needs an individual may present. We call this Integrated Fitness. Our approach interweaves traditional methods, like strength training and cardiovascular conditioning, with other modalities including Yoga and Pilates, either in a given training session or taken individually with separate instructors who consult to optimize your progress.

All this takes place in the comfortable, upscale setting of custom studios, surrounded by a serene environment that promotes health and well being. The positive, fitness-driven energy that is generated at the Studios cultivates an uplifted outlook. With the additional Yoga component, clients increase body awareness and self awareness which enhances the overall enjoyment of life.

Spencer Fitness Studios is a training facility. As well as providing challenging workouts to move towards set goals, clients learn how their bodies work and as a result, how to exercise correctly. Though the Studios are equipped with the latest in state of the art exercise equipment, our trainers and instructors also combine their knowledge, experience, and imagination to create fundamental training programs using basic functional training gear. This approach ensures that the clients are able to translate what they learn here to ongoing exercise routines that they can perform on their own.
Located a short drive from the coast, the rural setting adds to the ambiance of the sessions. The Studios are customized with high-tech media for movement pattern evaluation as well as Surround Sound in each studio, which provides a special musical flavor to the trainings.
